Smart Square® - Deploy

Strategically allocate resources efficiently and effectivly with Smart Square automated deployment tools

In the crucial hours leading up to the shift, the intelligence of Smart Square truly shines.  System needs are identified in real-time based upon actual census, resulting in efficient nurse deployment to meet emerging patient demands. Available float pool and contingency resources will auto-populate for logical placement to specific nursing units using the embedded balancer tools.

Intuitive Deployment Call lists consider individual cancelation and float histories and will automatically update should any adjustments occur, ensuring that all staff are properly notified of their shift assignments.  Final staff assignments can be made and communicated via Smart Square’s Auto-Deployment module.   

 

Deployment Module

The Deployment module contains all the tools neccessary to support the process associated with deploying resources system wide or unit by unit. 

Automated Call Lists

The automated Call List is populated with a prioritized list of eligible staff members adhering to determining factors such as overtime and current work schedule. 

 

Telephonic Deployment System

 Eliminate the unnecessary incoming and outgoing deployment phone calls and allow staff members the flexibility to retrieve their assignment at a time most convenient for them.
