A pioneer in healthcare workforce planning, Lorane has dedicated the last 30 years to strategically managing healthcare labor. In 1998, she was asked to develop a workforce plan that would solve staffing shortages plaguing a nine-hospital organization. The solutions she and her team developed were so successful that they became the foundation of Avantas when it was formed in 2002.
Lorane has assembled a diverse group of talented leaders with a wide variety of experience. Together, they continue to uphold the tradition of excellence that defines Avantas and its solutions for the healthcare industry.
